It was back in the summer that I first ventured into the world of Geocaching. I'd been aware of its existence for a while but had never really looked into it in any great detail. Not being a football fan, it was the World Cup that got me looking for something else to keep me occupied. I was fairly instantly hooked despite struggling to find them for a while. Back then I also vowed to myself to publish an ongoing blog about my geocaching experiences should I really get into it. Well, it's now nearing the end of the year and I'm still doing it (54 finds to date) and I'm getting others involved too. So, I think I should really stick to my word on the blog side of things. I intend to do a catch-up first and will try to recall my experiences from memory. Wish me luck.
Note: I'll try not to mention the names of the geocaches that I find so as not to spoil them for others but please don't tell me off if I fail to stick to this rule 100% of the time.
So, my next blog will cover my first hunt. Until then, ta ta.
